We are members of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), BTA (Better Ticketing Association),TicketNetwork and many other fine associations. We have a consumer protection plan, an errors and omissions policy  to insure complete confidence and peace of mind to our many satisfied customers.

POLICIES:
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, EZ-Ticket liability shall be a refund of up to one and one half times the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together, neither can rows or sections.
 
CANCELLATIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or cancellations of orders. Upon request we will attempt to place your order on a A Try to Sell Basis.
 
If EZ-Ticket is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, EZ-Ticket will exercise the following procedure:
1) Comparable tickets will be provided
2) Tickets will be upgraded
3) Tickets will be downgraded with a partial refund
4) Ticket order may be canceled with a full refund.
 
For all cancelled events, clients will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit (except for an act of God, strike, act of war, terrorist act, lockout, or any postponements).
 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS!

Shipping Options For Pre-Orders:
Pre-order tickets are generally shipped FedEx unless there isn't sufficient time to ship the tickets prior to the event. In that case, your tickets will be hand delivered in the city where the event is being held, prior to the event. We will notify you if tickets need to be hand delivered.

Since pre-order tickets are generally for time sensitive events, we only offer Next Day shipping.

DELAYED SHIPPING:
Some orders for Premium Tickets must be made weeks if not months in advance of the printing of the actual tickets by the promoter.  In this case an Estimated Ship date will appear next to the ticket listing.  As soon as we receive the tickets from the promoter we will forward the purchased tickets to the buyer.  Due to Cost factors and cancellation policies the tickets must be paid for in advance in order to secure the seats for you.
 
WEATHER:
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of EZ-Ticket and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused be weather conditions, will be made by EZ-Ticket.
 
TRANSPORTATION:
EZ-Ticket shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of EZ-Ticket.
 
SPECIAL NOTES:
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Texas.
